Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.
A product is considered damaged only if it is physically broken or defective.
Minor dents or scuffs to packaging caused during transit are not considered product damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@brainsoil.com with a clear photo of the damage.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
We do not replace or refund items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or mishandling.

If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.
