At Brainsoil, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders — because getting sharper focus and energy shouldn’t come with extra fees.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times (U.S. Only)

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 1–4 business days anywhere in the United States.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please note that during high-volume periods or carrier delays, shipping times may vary slightly — though we always do our best to ensure fast delivery.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses can delay your order or cause delivery issues.

If you notice an error, email us at hello@brainsoil.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to update your address before the order is processed, but once it ships, changes cannot be made.

If our system flags a possible address issue, our support team will contact you to confirm.
If we don’t receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.


Delayed Delivery

We know how important fast delivery is. While most Brainsoil orders arrive within 1–4 business days, unexpected factors such as weather events, courier delays, or high seasonal demand can occasionally extend this timeframe.

We’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay, and we’ll work with the courier to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
However, please note that Brainsoil is not liable for delivery delays once a package is in the hands of the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Double-check your mailbox, porch, and surrounding area.

  2. Ask neighbors or household members in case it was received elsewhere.

  3. Contact the courier directly to file a missing package claim.

Once an order is handed to the courier, it’s beyond our direct control, but we’ll help in every way possible.
If the issue isn’t resolved, email hello@brainsoil.com — we’ll review your case and, if eligible, arrange a replacement at our discretion.
